Kinabalu Park Accommodation: My Four-Property Sutera Journey
Kinabalu Park was one of four places I stayed during a hosted journey facilitated by Sutera Sanctuary Lodges. The accommodation story belongs alongside my climb, but it is not the same as a trail guide or a room review.
Disclosure: Sutera Sanctuary Lodges hosted and facilitated these stays. I credited the operator in the stories from the experience. This does not establish a paid tourism-board contract.
Where I Stayed: Kinabalu Park and Laban Rata
Kinabalu Park and Laban Rata were both confirmed stays within this journey. I am not assigning an unverified room category, nightly rate or individual check-in date to either property.
Beyond the climb: Poring and Manukan
I also stayed at Poring Hot Spring and Manukan Island. The four-property journey connected the mountain climb, rainforest and hot springs, and an island stay; it was not four stays at Kinabalu Park.
What I Did: a people-led climb
I climbed Mount Kinabalu and filmed conversations with fellow climbers, including Ayden. The original climb film is in my separate firsthand journal; it should not be mistaken for a room tour of all four properties.
